Where are we currently?

You can come to this page anytime to see where we are currently at. I’ll be updating it as we change locations.

P.S. (Why did google get rid of latitudes?)

  1. You could download a gps app for coordinates. Didn’t Google used to do that? By the way, just catching up on all your travels and adventures, Beth and I have our “bugout” camper now. We love it ! If you haven’t already, check out my posts for Rainbow Springs State Park.

    1. Hey John! That’s so awesome. I’m glad to hear y’all got one and hope y’all enjoy it as much as we do. I’ll definitely check out your post. Good to hear from you

    2. Yes there was a app called Google Latitudes that would automatically update your location but it’s been discontinued. I was using an app called pocket locator but it wasn’t working so great either. I think I’m just going to have to login to WordPress each time and manually do it.

The camper looks awesome, I hope you have as much fun with yours as we’re having with ours.

  2. Just found you through the travel nursing RV fb page. Great blog! My husband is a nurse & I am taking prerequisites for nursing school right now & we have been considering doing this in the future. We also love to travel! I would love to hear more about the travel nursing side of things- the assignments, the $ aspect of travel nursing as well as full time RV life, etc. We would really like to do as you are doing & travel for a good length of time in between nursing assignments. Also- how do you manage just having one vehicle when you are working?

    I’ll be following along!

    1. Hi Leslie thanks for the comment! Great career choice, I highly recommend it! Any time you have a question feel free to ask away. Once you are finished with nursing school, you will need at least a year before you can travel…some hospitals want two years. Once you do your time though you should jump right in. It’s a lot of fun and you can see the whole country. It is awesome that your husband is a nurse too because y’all will make double the money. We do fine with one car. My husband doesn’t really need it when I’m at work. When y’all start traveling you can have it in your contract to have the same schedule, that is what I have seen other couples do. Then you don’t have to worry about one of you not having a car. Thanks for following!

    1. Thanks alot, always nice to hear. Tucson is beautiful, we were there just a few weeks ago for three months. We’re seriously considering going back. Not sure where your staying but Far Horizons was amazing, great location, great staff, great amenities, and really friendly people. It was perfect for us while Victoria worked at TMC.
